My lad is really into the Beast Quest series, while my girls are more into Harry Potter. I feel like this would tick the boxes for a book that they'd all enjoy at bedtime though. Travelling through mystical realms...it's already sounding way better than a lot of the books they choose from the library. Sounds good to us!
