What a great insight to the history of books as to how they were first developed in page format the author has gone to great lengths on finding the history about what books stand for and the knowledge the author has is unreal many people just pick up a book and have no knowledge as to it's origins but I think people who read this will have a better knowledge and understanding of the book world this would be a great introduction to schools to teach children about how books have evolved from the very first book to present day if you read this it would change your conception on the type of books that you read today it may change the type of genre you read and open up different avenues on your reading list it is irresistibly fascinating and I think one to keep as a reference guide to remind us how far books have evolved and the types we have read and will be reading
