In this, the sequel to PS I love You, we return to Holly's life without her husband Gerry. A number of years have passed, and in the meantime she has tried to follow each of Gerry's edicts he left for her in the letters he arranged for her to read in the year following his death; including the last one, telling her not to be afraid to love again. She has agreed to move in with Gabriel, her new love but is feeling somewhat discombobulated, in part due to this big step and also because she has finally agreed to appear as a guest on her sister's podcast, namely an episode dealing with grief.

The experience leaves her feeling unsettled, not least because she feels one attendee in particular is pressuring her to do more. To talk more, to write a book, to share further; but she is unwilling to do so.

When she finally phones the woman in question, to tell her in uncertain terms that she should stop bothering her; the answer to the call is not what she expected....

I very much enjoyed the first look at Postscript, and am eager to read on to discover how Holly deals with the news regarding Angela.
