The beginning of this book is surely an interesting one, a take on how our actions and words have an impact on everyone else. It does also provide a really good example as to how sometimes we have no clue on what is going on in everyone elses life, and our interpretations (and the resultant effects they have in our emotional state) could be quite wrong...
