This book is clearly well written however the writing style is not for me, though I did warm to it the more I read.
I found the beginning of the extract hard going, but I think this is due to the fact I haven't read the first book, nor am I familiar with the Author.
I did, however, like the cover of the book & it would definitely grab my attention if it was on the shelf in a bookshop. I would pick this book up to read the blurb.
