This much anticipated follow up to P.S I love you didn't dissappoint and I really enjoyed reading about Holly and Gerry again. I found it to be even more tear jerking and thought provoking than the original.
The new story stands up well by itself but also includes more of Holly and Gerry's story which fans of the original will appreciate. At no point does the story falter and it deftly introduces new characters which you very quickly warm to.
The timing of the release of this book is very poignant given the year that the whole world is experiencing and I should think a lot of people who are grieving will find comfort in the carefully chosen and inciteful words of the author.
This book deserves to have the success which I'm sure will follow and maybe it will be a trilogy.
