I’m struggling to know where to begin with this book, my mind is reeling and my eyes are sore!
PS I Love You was the first book that made me ‘ugly cry’, so this book, a follow-up, had a lot to live up to! Rejoining Holly has been a total pleasure (& exhausting!). The first half of the book I was enjoying reading, it was pleasant and entertaining.... and then... OMG... it has been a long time since I put my life on hold to read solidly, but I couldn’t do anything else. I have gripped a tissue frequently & had to pause whilst my eyes refocused! Even though I thought I could see where the story was going, Cecelia’s emotional writing both moved and surprised me. I loved it! Brilliant follow up! And now what?
I don’t want to write more as I don’t believe in plot spoilers, so if you loved PS I Love You then I can totally recommend this book to you, without hesitation!
