Holly lost her husband to cancer, while still alive her wrote several letters to her from beyond the grave. Holly's sister, invited her to talk about the letters and how the impacted her. This catches the attention of a few people, who then form the 'P.S I Love You'. Which consists of a few terminally ill people. They reach out to Holly for her help to proceed with this idea. Holly helps them with different ideas to leave loved ones messages, including videos and poems as well as letters.
