It's rare I ever say this but I think I enjoyed this more than the original.
Gerry has died and Holly is trying to move on, she is now with Gabriel and things are going ok.
Then one day a lady accosts her and asks her to come to their PS I love you club, Holly is stunned that after doing a podcast about her experiences of her terminally ill husband leaving letters and surprises for her to find after his death that anyone has taken inspiration from his idea.
So starts a beautiful and healing process for Holly as she helps them realise their dreams too before the inevitable end.
This was a heart breaking sequel but so well done and a really credible follow on with such a lovely message of hope running through it.
It was a wonderful and touching read with believable characters that you could really empathise with and relate to.
Definitely a worthy successor.
