I will start off by saying I don't usually read romance - centered books. I will do it if there's no other option, but personally I only read romance if it's encased in some kind of fantasy or sci-fi thriller/dystopian setting. So this book was really a challenge for me, and thankfully, I ended up making my way through it fine. This is a sequel to the first book PS I Love You, and it follows the life of Holly Kennedy after the loss of her husband, Gerry, to cancer. The premise is absolutely bound to pull at some heartstrings, if nothing else. Holly has begun and new like with Gabriel working at her sister's second hand vintage shop. She also works on a podcast talking about grief. When the podcast receives an enormous response, the PS I Love You club asks for her help. Holly's reluctant at first because she doesn't want to let Gerry take over her like again, but she finds herself drawn to the club after meeting them. The story follows Holly's life story as she interacts with the club and grows as a person. Overall, I found this book to be very inspiring and sweet. I think many readers would enjoy this.
