I normally dislike sequels as they are just a stretch in a good book. It is usually a way for an author to make more money off something that was good. But this sequel was just as soul-shattering as the first book.
Holly is ready to move on as best she can, with Gabriel, but things change and she is dragged right back into the rabbit hole of memories. She shares more stories of her and Gerrys time together and find more ways to make me believe in complete love that I once didn't think was a possibility.
This was an absolutely amazing read and I recommend it to anyone who enjoyed the first novel.
