As a reader, I’m already deeply intrigued to read more about the main character, Tarisai.
Her descriptive outlook on the world at a young age is beautifully written.
Usually, this type of fantasy story would not be my first choice - however, the book cover itself is a colourful artwork delving into a magical land of broken promises, hopes and one girl’s dream.
I honestly can’t wait to read more about Tarisai and her relationship with The Lady.
