The plot didn't seem very original from the blurb- the concept has been done before but once I read the excerpt I was drawn into a rich new world, where the main character shouldn't exist in this well spun, vibrant world.
The main character is likeable, clever and curious but very feeling, with emotions, very human.
I wish I saved my points to get this book.
