Unfortunately I just cannot get through this one, I've been reading it for over a month and I feel like I'll never finish it. I am not a huge lover of fantasy and I think this one was a bit too high fantasy for me but of course some of you will absolutely love this if you read other high fantasy books. I just found myself reading it but not actually understanding what was going on because I couldn't keep up with all the different names of people and made up names of places and things which led me to not wanting to pick it up. Unfortunately this one just wasn't for me. I do think that the cover is absolutely gorgeous though and I respect the author's immense creativity with building this richly detailed world and I know that this is going to be one that others will adore, just personally I couldn't finish it. Its made me realise that I might have to give up on trying fantasy books.
