This book is an exciting fiction story with lots of potential. There are mysteries which you want to read on to gather what is going on and what is going to happen.
The character 'The Lady' is interesting as I imagined her to be the hero of the story, the girls saviour and inspiration, however as you read on she seems to be more sinister.
The only part i struggled with is all the geography and history of Aritsar, there are lots of names and places I did forget what certain words mean. However I assume as you read on this gets more clear.
Overall I enjoyed reading the snippet of this book. I feel myself wanting to get to know Tarisai. It is enticing and mysterious with an element of magic which pulls you in.
