I love this author. All the books she writes take us to magical and extraordinary worlds that stand out worthwhile from everyone else. Yes, there aren't many of her books yet, but I hope she keeps writing because she's really indulging. Now more about the book:
This debut book is one of my favorites, when you started to read, you will receive a well-built characters, a strained relationship, a path that the protagonist has to go to find out what it really is and especially twists you don't expect. All this is the key to build a well-built fantasy world that keeps you in suspense and the author manages to do it with ease! The only minus for me was the slow development, which, however, implies a sequel (which I have read) and told only from the first person. We meet a lot of interesting characters that I think need development and a little time for them too.
