I really struggled to find a suitable review title for this book. This would have been out of my comfort zone for reading usually and mythical fantasy is not generally up there for me. I loved the story I was gripped from the beginning and I literally couldn’t put it down. It had every element and emotion installed at just the right point. I genuinely felt for Tarisai and there were many points where I believed that she would fail to find her purpose. Also I believed that the lady would win right up to the point she was killed by Woo In. There was so much going on in this book but because Tarasai and her story were so central and strong to the plot she didn’t get lost in the noise. If it isn’t already a film it should be I would love to see how far my imagination painted the characters would be true to real life representation.
