It certainly draws you in straight away with a killer first line. But then I’m afraid it falls into cliche territory; an overheard phone call, cheating husband etc. The third perspective threw me off a bit as we’re introduced to someone new and we don’t as yet know her connection to the tale. All in all, an intriguing start but not enough to make me want to read on.
