On first impressions of the book it was the writing on the cover which stood out most and captured my eye. The cover gives the impression that the book could contain a captivating story. However, my first impression of the story was it is slow to build up and I'm not sure if the story will become more gripping sooner rather than later or if it will just be within the last chapter when things really heat up
