I wasn't sure whether I'd enjoy this, as an avid thriller reader I think some can be really predictable, but I'm happy to say that I was proved wrong! Really enjoyed this book, I found the characters to be really original and I was so engrossed with their story that I couldn't wait to find out what happened next.
The story begins with a wife overhearing another woman's voice in the background when she calls her husband. Concerned that he is having an affair, she hires Brioni, an expert in computer hacking, to find out more before she confronts him. As CEO of a major organisation, she knows that she needs concrete evidence before confronting him. As Brioni finds out more though, she discovers that there's much more at play than a sordid affair, and soon she and the whole family have been sucked into something much darker and more deadly than an affair.
