This was one of those books that draws you in from the start, and makes it hard to put down. I really enjoyed it, thanks so much to Reader's First for sending me a free advanced copy to read and review.
The two female leads Cressida and Brioni were both interesting, and Brioni in particular I enjoyed reading the story from her viewpoint. I think she is a really engaging character, and I'd like to read more about her.
When Cressida overhears her husband talking to a woman on the phone, she starts looking for evidence of an affair, and brings in Brioni for help. What they uncover though goes far beyond an affair, and threatens not only their marriage but his business empire too.
It's hard to say much more without ruining the plot for others, so I won't as I think people deserve to enjoy this story fresh like I did.
This is the second Sam Blake I have read, and I'll be looking out for more.
