I enjoyed reading Rewind though it wasn't too hard to work out who the killer was. It starts with the murder and then as the title suggests fast forwards and rewinds as new characters are introduced and we find out what happened before the murder. Andrew the owner of Shanamore holiday cottages appears as a very creepy character from the start. As his story is told we learn just how nasty he is. Jennifer reveals her unpleasant side in her dislike of the hotel guests and thoughts of spitting in their breakfasts. Audrey is a writer on an e paper mainly concerned with gossip. She wants to move on to real features and decides to follow up on the story of Natalie an Instagram star who has gone missing.
