Although initially, the cover drew me to the book, after reading the first impression I can tell that this book is not for me. Occasionally, I enjoy reading historical fiction, the opening of the book felt too long and drawn out for me to truly be sucked in to! Doesn't seem like a light read you can pick up every now and then.
