I always look at novels like this with Robert Harris in mind. Although Harris isn't the greatest when it comes to the language, his stories are thrilling and engaging. Fabbri doesn't quite live up to this standard. Factually, I'm sure he has done his homework, but I want to see more from a historical tale than accuracy.
