What’s not to love about a book set in Ancient Rome. The Verspasian series is an excellent series all round, and on first impressions this book keeps up the same standard. I like the way you get a real flavour of life in a Roman Times through these books and am itching to continue my journey in this series. Would certainly recommend to those who enjoy Roman series.
