I always love reading things set in countries know very little about, and this novel set in Singapore really piqued my interest! I enjoyed the first look it because it was different. The story is told in 'Singlish' - Singaporean English and although the plot isn't really to my taste thus far, I may be tempted to give it a go at some point.
