I listened to this on audio, as I did with the first and I really enjoyed it!
The plot wasn't quite as good as the first but the characters make up for it, I love them so much!
Kellen is still very funny, awkward and relatable.
Ferius is still sassy and badass, love her! (Literally, want to be her)
Reichis is still amazing, I seriously want my own squirrel-cat friend.
I did like the addition of new characters (Rosie and Seneira)and their interaction with Kellen, Ferius and Reichis.
If you liked the first Spellslinger, definitely continue the series, it's such an enjoyable series!
