The premise intrigued me, because of the rather obvious parallels between the plot line and a very famous missing child case that is still regularly in the news.
Unfortunately I feel that the writing lacked depth. It's written in a quite a formulaic style, almost as though the writer is writing a film script rather than a novel. There is nothing wrong with this. I'm sure if you enjoy that style of writing and enjoy thrillers you will probably enjoy this book, as the premise is an interesting one.
