When I first started reading this I got about 70 pages in before I put it down because I was distracted by other books. However I decided to pick it back up again and I'm glad I did because this turned out to be a great read.
The premise of the story was interesting and I was intrigued to see how the plot would go. The author had a great writing style that one you get right into it you have to keep reading. The plot was well developed and the author handled it well. There was a big twist at the end which I did not see coming at all and I was shocked by it.
The characters were written well and I did feel sorry for the main character. Her daughter Michelle however was awful, all she did was whine, start arguments with her mum and I found her quite disrespectful.
Over all this was an enjoyable read with a twist and I would highly reccomend it.
