I loving books set around War more and more over the last few months.
What interests me about this book is that with all the devastation surrounding them, the only thing that will matter to them is the love they have for each other. In stories like this one when a character falls in love with another it is pure love for the person themselves not any of the things they have as they all have nothing. The characters are a lot more appreciative of everything and their struggles are real unlike those of people today.
