Riley has noticed scarecrows in the local fields near her grand father's house.
Of course she doesn't think anything of it, it's just a scarecrow, isn't it?
Then one stormy night something Starts tapping at the window.
The scarecrows are coming to life and looking for revenge for something that happened years ago.
The town is under attack by these supernatural beings and it's upto the Shiver squad to swing into action once more and save Shiver point from being overrun.
This was just as much fun as the first novel in the series and I really hope the author keeps up with them.
Perfect for fans of things like Scooby Doo, Goosebumps etc.
Though aimed at a younger audience I have to say that even as an adult so far I have enjoyed both books in the series so can easily cross the age range it's designated for.
