After seeing the front cover and reading the synopsis, I was interested in finding out more about Riley and the Shiver Squad. The author has done a fantastic job in describing and developing each and every characters and setting.
There is a map of the town of Shiver Point at the front to aid readers, which I liked referring to when reading.
This would be a fantastic read for younger readers who love to read about adventure and mystical creatures.
My son enjoyed the story, he especially liked the daunting, scary parts and the map. He created his own map. We would be looking forward to more books on this series.
