The first Shiver point book was something truly amazing and this book was so popular in my school library that's it's never on the shelf. So I couldn’t wait to dive into the next book in the series. I think the children love a good scare but also its not to long.
Was it as good as The first one.... yes it was and in fact it was even better. I think it's because we already know the characters.
The plot was like nothing I'd read before, the idea of a creepy scarecrow was absolutely fantastic and something different
And what an opening sentence this had. It's one of the best ones I've read in a long time
And I then know that I wouldn't be able to stop reading this book until I had read to the end.
And what a ending this was, it has definitely left me wanting more.
