It's time to return to Shiver point again for a cracking new case.
Things are turning spooky once more as Riley has noticed some very creepy scarecrows in the fields around her grandfather's house.
They are just scarecrows right?
So at first Riley ignores them, until she can't.
Then one grim, stormy night Riley hears a tap... At the window.
The scarecrows have come to life and are walking about town.
Shiver point is under siege and they are taking over so Riley enlists the help of the Shiver squad once again.
But can they save their homes or are there too many?
This was brilliant, I don't know which one I prefer, this or the first one.
I really hope there is more in the series.
Definitely one for fans of horror and spooky shenanigans.
A solid read and a great sequel.
This would be great for reading aloud at Halloween or for those dark autumn nights.
