Though this is definitely aimed for a much younger audience, I can definitely appreciate the humorous and nostalgic feeling Shiver Point offers. I feel like this could become one of those humour-filled horror books for young readers, a cult classic like Goosebumps or even the Vampires Assistant. That being said, it definitely knows it's preferred audience and how to captivate them - unfortunately, that is not me.
