Shiver Point it came from the wokds written by Gabriel Dylan is a great read and would say the target audience would be age 8 to 13 although i did quite enjoy reading it my self.
I live the cover of the book it gives of a spooky feel which is really fitting to the story. The book is very well written and flows really well making it a very enjoyable read.
It follows adam who is bored and think nothing fun ever happens where he lives until one night he spots a meteorite heading straight into the forest near where he lives which sets of a series of spooky events. As they go exploring they found strange things around the town that they live. It’s up to adam and his group of new friends he makes to solve the mystery and put things right in the town before it is to late.
I think this is a really good story to read over Halloween for children in the age range and also for parents to enjoy reading with them too
