I know it’s more of a children’s book but I loved it, it was a nice quick read and i loved every second of it. First of all i love books that include maps at the beginning as i think it makes the story so much more interesting and i also enjoyed the fact that the chapters weren’t super long and were broken down into sections. For the story, i enjoyed it, i loved reading about each of the characters personalities and backgrounds and I love how they became friends as books where teenagers (or tweens in their case) save the whatever it is and I'm not going to lie, the book did give me a little bit of chills when reading LMAO. However, i am not sure if it was just me but i kind of had trouble knowing which character is which. It took me a while to figure the characters out but was still confused about which girl is which. After reading this book i need to buy the second book for this series, you are never too old to read children’s books, sometimes it’s nice to take it easy and read something that reminds us of our youth.
