Shiver point is about monsters, patterns and exploring. Along with that there are five children who explore a forest and find puzzles and try to figure out what they lead to. Alex, the main character, explores shiver point and imagines things like meteorites. The other characters are just as exciting but Alex is my favourite one. They are all fascinated by shiver point and interested in meteors. There are some girl characters too and they also get involved in the action too. I really like the front cover too. It’s exciting and appealed to me and I really enjoyed reading it. I especially love scary stories and whilst this wasn’t exactly scary, it’s was thrilling to read. I also got through it pretty quickly which is a sign of a good book. I would love to read the next one and have already looked to see when that comes out! Loved it once again.
