Wow ... i loved this i just wish this had been the whole book and not just the first few pages as a sampler as i was just getting into the storyline and did not want to stop reading. I need to read more.
I enjoyed the style of the writing and the way it seamlessly flows. Also I especially enjoyed the setting of the book. This mayve because it is so local to me that I can actually picture it in my head as I was reading, but this was also greatly helped by the wonderful descriptions and the style of writing.
The plot from what I have read so far in the extract seems to be very interesting and I think it will develop further in the whole book. I enjoyed the characters that have been introduced so far and I would expect to learn more about them as the storyline unfolds and maybe more are introduced.
In summary, this sampler/extract has made me want to purchase this book and read it.
