I really enjoyed this book and it captivated me right from the very start. I will avoid regurgitating the plot as I do not want to include any spoilers! The writer has brilliantly created a sinister atmosphere and created tension. The plot is full of twists and keeps the reader excited. There were many instances in the book where I had goosebumps and the writer managed to keep my guessing till the very end. I would certainly recommend this book to any thriller fans.
Detective Inspector Kim Stone is an amazing character who is dedicated and complex. I find that I enjoy books a lot more if the characters are well written and Detective Inspector Kim Stone is definitely a character I could feel along with and I really liked her. I think she is a character that can be easily liked and is coupled brilliantly with the amazing writing style and plot of the book!
