Anna is the driver in a car crash, she survives but two of her passengers die and the third becomes paralysed. After the crash, running on no sleep, she decides she wants a fresh start so takes a job in a hotel on the remote island of Rum, Scotland. Anna believes this is where she will be able to heal and leave the guilt of the accident behind her, however her guests have another idea.

Overall a sound story. Definitely a "who dunnit" story line which keeps you guessing until the end. You naturally come to the same conclusion as to who the murderer is, at the same time as the main character.
