I really enjoyed reading "Sleep". I don't always enjoy reading books about death and murder but this is a really gripping story that certainly keeps you guessing! The book is written in chapters from the perspectives of Anna, the killer and a variety of other characters. This helps to draw you into the story by giving you different characters' perspectives. The story is creepy in places but not so much that it stopped me from sleeping when reading it at night. The book covers themes of death, guilt and insomnia. There are several complex characters in the story and the book gets you thinking about the assumptions we often make about people based on first impressions. I enjoyed reading this book and would read more by the same author.
