I’ve never read anything by CL Taylor before but I do have her other books and this first one has made me want to read the others! Right from the beginning of this I was hooked and really wanted to know what was going on! I liked the setting and being on a typical deserted setting of no way to get any help, even it is slightly stereotypical. All of the characters are interesting in their own right and it kept me guessing right until the very end who it was that had committed the murder. I would absolutely recommend this book and I am very much looking forward to reading another CL Taylor book again. I like the front cover too - it’s chilling, mysterious and intriguing - exactly like the book!
