I really enjoyed this book. It kept you guessing throughout about who was responsible for all of the strange things that had been going on in the hotel. Anna is a good character and you can really feel her anxiety when all the strange occurrences happen after her accident. The story does slow down a little in the middle of the book before it gets going again, it almost feels drawn out to delay the unmasking at the end. The supporting characters are intriguing and all have their own storylines. It would have been nice to go into their stories a little deeper, as you don't really get to know them that much. The descriptions of the hotel and the Scottish landscape are well written and you can really imagine the characters there.
