This book is in three parts.
Part one, relates to a car crash and immediate aftermath of the tragedy.
It's starts with what led to the accident, then immediately after on waking up in hospital.
Anna's the main character, the majority of the book is based around her. Anna was driving the car at the time, and it's struggling to come to terms with the aftermath; Feels a lot of guilt. After much thought, moves to the island of Rum, to start anew, as currently feels she's being watched. There's Alex, Anna's boyfriend. Steve is struggling with the loss of his son Freddy, who wants justice served for his son.....
Part two, Anna has moved to the Island if Rum, but her own feelings of guilt still reside and keep her from sleep. She starts a new job at Bay View Hotel, with various roles. Due to stormy weather, things don't go as planned.
Part three continues at the Bay View Hotel and with all guests having a secret, leaving Anna to question, who they are and why they're there.
Sleep is a good read, I felt like it was like a murder mystery, whodunnit kind of book, more than your average thriller for me. It's well written, for me personally I'd prefer something that grips me a bit more. Overall good book, but not quite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🧩 for me.
