I liked the cover, I loved the way 'divorced', 'dangerous' and 'devastating' were in blue and the rest of the text was in black.
The premise of the novel is only lightly explained and am very interested to see who Mark Acklom really is. This book being a real-life story is what piqued my interest first and makes it all the more of a terrifying read. Carolyn seems like an average female in the UK and this is what is the scary part about this situation- it can happen to anyone. I would love to read this novel and discover who Mark Acklom is and see if Carolyn can overcome his deceitful lies.
