I was immediately engrossed in this. I straight off didn't like Mark, and felt suffocated by his arrogance, and did think how the hell could Carolyn be suckered in to believing him, but folk like him are super manipulators.
I love a good true crime book, I guess it's morbid curiosity, as well as intrigue as to how these people get away with their fiendish behaviour & feel no remorse.
