An entrancing read, I truly delighted in it yet I do think that it's unimaginable how the main character permitted him to open a ledger with her in the beginning phases of their relationship. After finishing the book, I did not have words to describe how I felt (honestly I didn't know how to feel). The things this character went through are just - wow. This book questions the length someone would go when they are in love - sometimes love does make you blind. But, is also hard to believe that some of the things he said/ did were not red flags or just plain worrisome. However, the fact that these things happen is so sad. So many times do people think they have found "the one," yet the other person is just interested in taking advantage of them without regard to their financial and (most importantly) their mental health. The writing was not bad but was also not mindblowing. However, I would recommend it.
