Had to wait awhile to get this book, but it was worth the wait. I didn't realise when I wrote my first impression that is was true story. When I realised it was I was so excited as what had attracted me to the book was going to be true!
As I was reading the book i thought to myself if someone i was going out with told me that they were a spy i don't think i would have believed them. But then I thought when you really love someone and have deep feelings for them you tend to believe anything they tell you. I am sure we have all had that experience with a bad relationship where everyone around you is telling you to watch out, but when you are in the middle of it all those warnings fall on deaf ears, and that's what happened with Carolyn to the point where she lost good friends and nearly family for this relationship, for sure she lost all her money
Her courage and fight is an inspiration for us all, when she found out who he really was she didn't give up to get justice for what he did.
