Close family bonds can survive no matter what
Looking at the cover, I loved the simplicity of the colours and the image of black, silhouette-like image of the girl really stood out. This simplicity was then contrasted by the hectic, crazy family that was described in the summary.
It seems that, if I were to read on there would definitely be some unexpected twists and turns, particularly when Debbie travels to Dublin to go to a new school. I would be interested to see how the difficulties of travelling to a new place would affect her relationship with her parents and how Debbie balances her life in Dublin and her life at home. Overall, this book seems like a good cry-laugh novel and I'd love to continue reading and find out all the shenanigans that happen within the family.
